Admissions
Hunter Woods' expedited admissions process allows acceptance of residents 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. In many cases, admission decisions will be made within one hour of inquiry. To refer a resident:

Contact the Admissions Office at 704-598-5136.

Provide the resident's name, diagnosis, address, telephone number, birth date, social security number, insurance information and nearest relative.

Hunter Woods will request any additional information needed, will verify insurance, and will coordinate the transfer of accepted residents, assuring that the referral is convenient for the physician, family and resident.
